Wholesale GridTerms of service
These terms apply to the B2B Wholesale Quick-Order Grid app (the “App”) by RevSprint Studio (“we”, “us”). By installing the App you agree to them and to our privacy policy. Shopify's own terms also apply to your use of Shopify.
1. The service
The App adds wholesale pricing, order rules, buyer applications and ordering tools to your Shopify store using Shopify theme app blocks and Shopify Functions. We may improve or change features; we'll tell you in advance before removing a feature you rely on.
2. Plan, trial and billing
The App costs $29 per month (USD) after a 14-day free trial, billed by Shopify with your store's invoice. Prices are shown in the Shopify App Store before you approve the charge, and any change is announced at least 30 days ahead. Uninstall at any time to stop billing; Shopify handles prorating and refunds under its billing rules.
3. Your responsibilities
- Set prices, discounts, minimums and terms that reflect your actual offer, and check them with a test order.
- Follow the laws that apply to your store, including consumer, tax and privacy law, and tell your customers how you use their data.
- Keep your Shopify account secure.
4. Your data
Your store, catalog and customer data stay yours. We use them only to run the App, as described in the privacy policy, and delete them after you uninstall.
5. Availability and support
We work to keep the App available and fix problems quickly, and we answer support email within one business day. Prices and order rules at checkout run on Shopify's infrastructure; if our servers are briefly unavailable, checkout continues to apply your last saved settings.
6. Our property
The App, its code, design and documentation belong to RevSprint Studio. You may use them while the App is installed and you are on a valid plan.
7. Liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend the App for a store that abuses it or breaks these terms, after notice where possible.
