Questions

Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. Wholesale prices, order rules, the order grid, applications and payment and shipping rules work on every Shopify plan. Creating Shopify B2B companies on approval needs B2B features on your plan; everything else works without them.

Do I have to duplicate products or run a second store?

No. Wholesale buyers order your existing products and inventory. Their price comes from their customer tag and is applied by Shopify's checkout.

Which themes does it work with?

Any Online Store 2.0 theme that supports app blocks, including Shopify's free themes such as Dawn and Horizon. Wholesale-only mode hides prices using common theme markup; if your theme is unusual, email us and we'll check it with you.

What happens to my theme if I uninstall?

Nothing is left behind. The storefront parts are theme app blocks, which disappear with the app, and the app removes its checkout discount and rules.

Will buyers see different prices in the cart and at checkout?

No. The grid and checkout use the same rules: group discount, volume tiers, collection discounts and custom prices, in the same order. Checkout shows the wholesale discount on each line.

What data does the app keep?

Your wholesale settings and the applications buyers submit. We don't sell data and delete it when you uninstall. Details in our privacy policy.
